A complete wellness retreat...
Catering for up to six people at any one time, The Monastery's intimate size means we're able to tailor a retreat that's right for you.
Taking a 'back to basics' approach, our five-day retreats are structured around the strong foundations of restful sleep, nutritious food, relaxation, activity and fun.
Our professional staff have extensive experience in supporting people through critical times and offer a range of therapeutic treatments such as massage and reflexology, activities such as golf, yoga and guided walks and workshops, including stress management.
We run separate retreats for men and women, as well as retreats for groups of family, friends or colleagues. However, because of our location and the nature of the retreats we are not set up to cater for young children.
Most of all, our retreats are tailored and flexible – ensuring you get the most from your five days of rejuvenation. There’s plenty of choice – you can explore the property and the Waikato region, enjoy therapies from our extensive menu and take part in activities on offer. It's up to you how structured you want your retreat to be and how you want to enjoy it.
